Don’t forget we are hitting another round of Functional Bodybuilding with Coach Reace at 9am to help you improve your overall muscular balance as well as joint stability.  Come in.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

3 sets of:

5 Bench Press (building weight),

then 1 set of 10 reps @ 20% less of what you just achieved

B. 3 sets of:

10 Barbell Hip Raise (@ 50% of 1RM Back Squat)

CONDITIONING

ZUU MIX

2 rounds for time of:
10 Mustangs
10 Kicksits
20m Bear Crawl

Rest 2 minutes

200m Run
30 Wallball cleans
30 Push-ups
200m Run

Rest 2 minutes

2 rounds for time of:
10 Half Hindus
20m Reverse Bear Crawl
