HERO WOD “WOOD”
Today is ANZAC DAY and as such, we will be hitting an Australian Hero WOD. For those who do not know, a Hero WOD is workout dedicated a man or woman who has died in the line of duty – usually in the military, but also in emergency services. TOday’s WOD is called “WOOD” in honour of Australian soldier Brett Wood.
We will only be running a 9.30am session today some be sure to come in.
