2 x 5 at 70%

2 x 5 at 80% of 1RM

CONDITIONING

8 minute AMRAP of:

10 Deadlifts 24/16kg

10 Russian KBS

10 Goblet Squats

30 Double Unders

ACCESSORIES

3×12 Hammy Curls

3×30 sec Superman Hold
