Tuesday Gymnastics HOLDS

12 minute EMOM

1 – 10-15 second Ring support hold

2 – 10-15 second Chin over bar hold

3 – 10-30 second false grip hold on rig (rings or rack)

CONDITIONING

2 rounds for time:

30 Burpee Box jumps 24/20

30 Hang power snatches 35/20kg

30 Wallballs

***E2 minutes you must perform 5 Toes to bar/5 Kipping straight leg raises

18 minute cap
