WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Deadlifts

A. 4×8 reps touch and go to feel tension in the lower back and hams

B. 4×8 Pull from floor with 50% of your 1RM alternate lifts with a partner

CONDITIONING

In pairs alternate full rounds for 8 minutes:

10 Kicksits

10 Push-ups

10 Double Unders

*While one person works the other is holding an A-frame

ACCESSORY

3×12 Hammy curl from rower
