5 Handstand negatives (or strict HSPU)

With a partner, 3 rounds each of:

20 secs on/10 secs off

Frogs

Kick Sits

Jumping Squats

Rest 2 minutes

3 rounds each of:

Side Ape, run back

Bear Crawl, run back

Gorilla, run back
