20 KB Snatches (10 each arm)

10 Burpees over rower

MOBILITY

Mobility

1 x 6 Jefferson Curls

1 x 1 min Pigeon on each leg

1 x 1:30 Frog Pose

1 x 2 min Dragon

1 x 1 minute Lizard Pose
