Today’s 9am Workshop will focus again on the Snatch and try to fine tune what you have been doing over the last couple of weeks.

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

STRENGTH

A. Tempo Deadlift supersetted w/ Banded Good mornings

5 x 6 + 6 reps

***2 sec eccentric each deadlift rep

B. Weighted Step-ups

3 x 6 on each leg

CONDITIONING

In pairs alternating full rounds for 8 rounds:

10 cal Row

5 Burpees over the Rower

10 Box Jumps
