SHOULDER STABILITY WORK IN THE MORNING. 19.3 IN THE EVENING
Open workout 19.3 comes out today at midday. As has been the case, we will run the workout tonight from 5.15pm with Liam and Kaino there to warm you up, coach you, talk about strategy, and offer plenty of encouragement and support. Good luck to everyone coming in.
If you cannot make it in tonight, be sure to attend a class on Monday.
For all of you who are registered for the Open, please ensure your scores are into my by Monday night, and definitely no later than midday on Tuesday. A handful of people missed out last week on submitting their scores.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
1 Thruster + 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
Perform 1 set every 90 seconds of the complex, building weight until you can’t increase anymore. (timecap 15 minutes) Start at 65% of your 1RM thruster.
3 rounds for time of:
10 OH walking lunges (2 KBs or DBs)
10 KB Cleans and Jerks (Double)
30 sec Handstand Hold
