WORKOUT OF THE DAY

SKILL

2 x 30 sec Plank

2 x 30 sec Hollow Hold

2 x 3 Roll to Candlestick

CONDITIONING

A. Pull-up Conditioning

12 minute EMOM

1st min – 3 Kipping Pull-ups + 1 Chest to Bar/10 Kipping Swings + 3 Jumping Pull-ups/ 8 UB Kipping Pull-ups/Butterfly Pull-ups

2nd min – 40m Farmers Carry

3rd min – 10 Gymnastics Push-ups (maintain hollow rock no chest touch)

 

B. Bar Muscle-Up Intro

6 minute EMOM

1st min – 5 Back Uprises/2 Hips to Bar

2nd min – 8 Plate Sit-ups

 

C. 4 rounds for time of:

10 Deadlifts 50/35kg

6 Hang Squat Cleans

2 Thrusters

Must be done UB. If you fail you must perform a 5 cal Assault Bike penalty.
