It’s that time of the week again – what workout goodness will CrossFit deliver to us today for 19.2??????  The workout will be released around midday, and then we will run it again from 5.15pm onwards until we get through everyone.

As was the case last week, the Coaches will deliver a briefing at 5.15pm along with coaching tips and warming up, then they will start running heats.  If you cannot arrive at 5.15pm, get there as soon as you can and hit up a Coach when you arrive.  They will sort you out.

20 minutes to get a heavy single on Shoulder to Overhead,

then based off that number:

E2M for 10 minutes

5 Clean and Jerks at 60%

15 KBS 24/16kg

10 Burpees Over Bar


Rest 3 minutes


3 minute AMRAP of:

10 Partner Push-ups

5 Synchro Tuck Jumps
