OPEN WORKOUT 19.1

Today you all get to have a go at Open Workout 19.1.  It doesn’t matter if you are registered for the Open or not – just come in and treat this like any other workout. By the way, if you do want to register after you do it, you still can by going to games.crossfit.com.

Good luck to everyone who is doing it for the first time and especially to those who are doing it again and hoping to get a better result.
