WORKOUT OF THE DAY

CONDITONING
4 rounds for time:
15 cal Row
200m Run
Rest 5 mins
STRENGTH
Structural balance
3 rounds (for quality)
20 Suitcase Deadlifts @20% Deadlift 1RM (10 each hand, use Kettlebells or Farmers carry handles) 200m Single Arm Front Rack Carry with KB (100m each hand)
OPTIONAL MOBILITY
2 rounds of:
1 minute couch stretch each leg
1 minute supinated hang
20 cossack squats
Then…
Accumulate
3 minutes in a deep squat
OPTIONAL METCON
4 rnds for time:
20 Single arm DB thrusters 20/15kg (10 each arm)
10 Single arm DB snatches 20/15kg (10 each arm)
