4 Squat Cleans @ 60% of 1RM – EMOM for 6 minutes

Hang Squat Cleans 50/30kg

  • This week the workshop
  • Congratulations to Mel Jenkins and her partner Stacey Fawcett who came first in their age category and third in the age category below at the Masters HQ comp on the weekend, and also to Dom Grinter and Kaino who came third in their category.  Awesome efforts people!
  • Saturday 9 February – Spartan Sprint Race at Homebush Bay
  • Friday 22 February – The CrossFit Open begins for GEO.  We’ll be running the Open workouts every Friday night from 5.15pm, and during all of the regular classes on the following Monday.  This will be the format for 5 weeks.  Have you registered yet?
