KETTLEBELL FLOW TO WORK ON STABILITY, CORE STRENGTH AND BALANCE
Today we will do some “Kettlebell Flow” work. Whenever you see the word “Flow” that means we want you to focus on moving well – smoothly with easy to moderate intensity levels. We do not want you gasping for air or your heart feeling like it is going to explode through your chest. Dial the intensity back a little and work through the rounds in a nice “flow” state.
This specific combo will do wonders for promoting balance in the body between left and right side, as well as force you to engage your core in order deal with the weight and the one sided dynamic movement.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
2 sets on each arm:
10 Single Arm Swings
10 Waiter Squats
20m Front Rack Carry
30 sec Side Plank (each side)
3 x 400m Runs+ 6 Deadball Ground to over Shoulder
***Wim Hof breathing work between each round
