4 x 6 at 70% for speed

Every time you finish a set, perform 5 Box Jump overs 30/24inches

CONDITIONING

A LONG CHIPPER

80 Double Unders

40 Jumping Pull-ups

40 Hang Power Snatches 30/20kg

40 Static Lunge 30/20kg

40 Knees to Elbow

40 Shoulder to Overhead 30/20kg

40 Front squats 30/20kg

80 Double Unders
