COME IN FOR “SPRINTING MATILDA” AT 9.30AM ONLY

 

We are opening our doors today to friends, family and non-members who would like to come in for a special public holiday workout.  We have created a team workout comprised of relatively simple movements so that even if you have no CrossFitting experience, you should be right to jump in.  For $10 you can see what all of the fuss is about CrossFit.

We’ll be kicking off the workout at 9.30am. Come in a little earlier if you are not a current member.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

SPRINTING MATILDA

In teams of 3-4, perform 2 rounds of:
400m Run with Sandbag or Wallball
40 Burpees over partner
80 Ring Rows
80 Anchored Sit-ups
1000m Row
80 Squats (holding Sandbag or Wallball)
80 Toes to Bar or Hanging Knee Raises
200 Double Unders or 300 Single Skips
***At anytime during the workout, complete 60 cals on the Assault Bike as a team
