Today you will be hitting some accessory work to promote strength, balance and stability throughout the body.

The 9am Workshop will focus on the Handstand Push-up and Toes to Bar. If these are movements you need to work on then come in and do a sesh with Reace.

Behind The Neck Strict Press (seated)

4 x 7

Supinated Bentover Row

4 x 7

Strict Ring Dip

3 x 5

Bulgarian split squat (each leg)

3 x 5

Side Plank

3 x 40 sec

CONDITIONING

Running workout

3 x 200m Run Resting 1 minute between rounds

2 x 400m Resting 1:30 between rounds

1 x 800m Run

Record Total time taken including rest
