Don’t forget our new Saturday class schedule – we have an 8am class tomorrow followed by a 9am workshop that will focus again on the Jerk to fine tune what you learnt last week, and also give a chance for those who missed out last week to make some tweaks.

STRENGTH
Heppner Wall Sit + Squats
3 x 8 Back Squat at 60% of your 1RM
Everytime you finish a set, perform a double kettlebell wall sit. Start with 12/8kgs and stay parallel for a minute.
