STRENGTH

Deadlift – 5×4 at 75% of your 1RM

Every time you finish, do a set 8 Good Mornings with a 20/15kg bar, or a plate if that is more comfortable

CONDITIONING

E2minutes for 16 minutes:

10 RKBS 32/24kg

10 Knees to Elbows/High Knee Raises

5 Goblet Squats
