Welcome back to GEO!  We hope you enjoyed your break.  Now it’s time to start working towards your goals again.  If you have been tracking well then just pick up from where you left off.  If you have fallen off the horse, dust yourself off, reassess your goals and plan out what action you are going to take, then do what needs to be done.

Feel free to have a chat to the Coaches for some guidance – they are there to help.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Back Squat

4 x 5 @ 60% (secs down, 2 secs in the bottom)

CONDITIONING

8 min EMOM

5 Shoulder to Overhead 40/30kg  + 5 cal Row

Rest 2 mins

6 min EMOM

5 Power Cleans 40/30kg + 5 Pull-ups

Rest 2  mins

4 min EMOM

4 Thrusters 40/30kg +4 Burpees over the Bar
