CONDITIONING

With a running clock:

In pairs, 12 rounds for time, alternating full rounds of:

2 Rope climbs

4 Deadlifts 100/60kg

6 Chest to bar Pull-ups

Rest 3 minutes

600m Wallballs run together

60 Wallballs

AB SMASH

5 rounds of:

15 V-ups

30 seconds rest
