WORKOUT OF THE DAY

SKILL

Today you will work at the progression that best suits your current level

5 sets of:

A. 10 Kipping swings + 5 Pull-ups (scale – Pull-up from seated position); or

B. 5 Kipping swings + 3 Kipping Pull-ups + 1 Chest to Bar; or

C. 3 Pull-ups + 2 Chest to Bars + 1 Bar Muscle Up

CONDITIONING

A. Rowing Intervals

8 rounds of:

30 secs @ Moderate pace

10 secs @ Resting pace

B. Core Conditioning

3 rounds of:

20 sec Hollow Hold

10 V-ups

10 Toes Touches

20 sec Superman Hold
