ATTENTION ATTENTION!!!! SCHEDULE CHANGE TONIGHT AND TOMORROW
The classes for tonight will be a 4pm Open Gym and a 5.15pm class. There is no 6.15pm class. If you do come in for that class then feel free to do some tyre flips in the driveway.
Tomorrow (Saturday) we will run an 11am Open Gym and 12pm class. There is no 7am Open Gym or 8am class.

Overhead Squat technique
3×5 at 50% of 1RM
3×3 at 60%
3×2 at 70%
4 rounds for time of:
15 Overhead Squats 40/30kg
