CONDITIONING

Grip and Barbell Partner WOD

3 rounds for time of:

50m Pinch Carry 15/10kg (each)

40 Hang Power Snatches 30/20kg

30 Dumbbell Deadlifts 20/15kg

40 sec Deadhang (together)
