STRENGTH

A. Deadlifts

4 x 7 at 55% of your 1RM touch and go reps.

We will build this weight each week so you are comfortable moving these heavier loads. Each set you need to mix up your grip i.e if you use a mixed grip with your dominant hand in a supinated position, swap hands over.

B. Plate Good mornings

4 x 10

CONDITIONING

4 rounds, with a 1:30 rest between each one:

15/10 cal Assault Bike

5 Burpee Box Overs

10 Dumbbell Snatches 25/15kg
