WORKOUT OF THE DAY

SKILL

Handstand

3 x 5 Kick to wall control and then lower

3 x 40 seconds hold against wall

3 x 10 Wall facing shoulder taps/pike off box

STRENGTH

Leg strength

5 x 4 tempo Back Squat, 3 sec descent, 1 sec hold at the top of each rep.

* at the end of each set perform 10 jumping Goblet Squats (light weight)

CONDITIONING

Mid-range conditioning

10 minute AMRAP

20 RKBS 32/24kg

40 Double Unders

20 Overhead Plate Walking Lunges 10/5kg (static)
