Toes to Bar/ Kipping Straight Leg Raise

3 x 7 unbroken reps working on height and keeping the kip fluid

3 x 10 V-Ups

3 x 20m Crab Walk

3 x 20m Bear Crawl

CONDITIONING

Pairs WOD alternating full sets until 12 are complete:

10 Cal Assault Bike

10 Shoulder to Overhead 40/25kg

5 Squat Cleans 40/25kg
