CONDITIONING

Partner running:
3×400m run
Rest while partner is working.
Negative split each run

Then:
5 minutes to find a MAX HEIGHT box jump

Then:
Partner workout
10 rounds (5 each)
Alternate full rounds:
20 Wallballs
10 Box Jumps 30/24″
