STRENGTH

A. Snatch Waves

EMOM for 10 minutes

2 Power Snatches starting at 50% of your 1RM, each minute add 2.5kg-5kg

B. 2 rounds on each side, 16/12kg

10 Single Arm KB Swings

10 Waiter Squats

10 Suitcase Deadlifts
