ANOTHER PAN PACS WOD

It was a tough session yesterday but everyone stepped up!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. Overhead squat complex

Build to a heavy complex of:

2 Snatch Push Press + 1 OHS for 10 minutes

B. Then Pan Pacs WOD 5

1 Squat snatch + 2 Overhead squats

**5 minute CAP

CONDITIONING

5 rounds for times:

15 Bench Press at 60% of your 1RM

15/10 Cal Assault Bike

1:1 Rest or work with partner
