Pan Pacs Workouts at GEO

Over the course of the next week and a half we will be sprinkling into the programming some of the workouts that our Masters athletes will be doing next week at the Pan Pacific Games in Queensland.

This will give our athletes a chance to get familiar with the workouts and give the opportunity to experience what they will be doing next week.



A. Barbell Cycling

Pan Pacs WOD 1

10 minute AMRAP:

5 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg

10 Deadlifts 50/35kg

15 Box Jumps 24/20″

B. Endurance

3 rounds for time of:

200m Run

25 KBS 24/16kg

Rest 3 minutes

3 rounds for time of:

20 Sit-ups

20 cal Row
