We have had a pretty rock solid week so far and we still have a couple of days to go. For those of you who want to take it a bit easier today, we are offering a mobility option at the tail-end of the session.  For those who are feeling good, feel free to do the AMRAP.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Slow Pull Power Snatch

3 second tempo up focusing on keeping the bar in tight and driving with the legs fully.

4×1 at 60%

3×1 at 65%

2×1 at 70%

CONDITIONING

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

5 Power Snatches 40/30kg

12/8 cal Bike

5 Slamballs

OPTIONAL WOD OR MOBILITY

10 minute AMRAP of:

20 Wallballs

15 Push-ups

10 cal Row
