STRENGTH

Snatch Deadlifts

5×3 Building weight over the sets, focus should be put on your starting position replicating that of your snatches, keeping chest up and driving with the legs.

CONDITIONING

Spend some time on Double under technique 10-15 minutes and then:

Open repeat WOD

10 rounds for time:

9 Thrusters

35 Double Unders
