CONDITIONING

Single Arm work

4 rounds

20 Double KB/DB Overhead lunges 15kg/16kg and 5/8kg (DB) (KB)

20 Single arm Swings (10 each)

20 Waiter squats (10 on each arm)

 

Acquire a 3 minute plank
