WORKOUT OF THE DAY

GYMNASTICS

“Gymnastics Focus” EMOM 16 minutes

1 – 15 Hollow Rock to Arch Swings

2 – 10 Strict High Knee Raises

3 – 5 Inchworm Walk-ups (handstand balance control)

4 – 20 sec Ring Support Hold

CONDITIONING

“Rowing WOD”

3 rounds for time of:

20 cal Row

20 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg
