There are 7 days left before we launch GEO’s Summer Fit Challenge – 6 weeks of meal plans, exercise plans, breathing and meditation guidance plus lots more to help transform your mind, body and soul.
This is open to anyone who wants to make a positive and lasting change. It is not a diet. Diets don’t last. There are no magic pills or shakes. You will have to put in a bit of work – you’ll be cooking, prepping, moving, training. And in the process you will be gaining awareness and knowledge that you can take with you well after the challenge finishes.
Lydia from Tru Body Composition Analysers will be carrying out InBody scans at GEO this Thursday 11th October between 6pm and 7.30pm. Appointments are 15 minutes long during which time you will get a detailed analysis of your body composition – fat and muscle percentage, bone density, minerals and water. This will be vital information for you moving forward with the Challenge. (Other times and locations are available for those who cannot attend GEO on Thursday).
