1 Split Jerk from rack

*building to a technical single for the day

CONDITIONING

8 minute AMRAP of:

5 Clean and Jerks 50kg

10 Burpees over Bar

Rest 4 minutes

You then have an 7 minute window to get a heavy Power Clean and Jerk
