Back to normal with the timetable today people.  As it is school holidays there are no Young Guns sessions on this week and next week.  I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend.

A. 4 sets of:

3 Weighted Chin-ups

*If you can’t add weight just use bodyweight

B. 4 sets of:

6 Plyo Push-ups

CONDITIONING

5 rounds for time:

20 Wallballs

20 Box jumps

400m Run
