A. In teams of 3-4,
1200m jog with sandbag (shared between team)

B. In the same teams,
25 min AMRAP
30 Synchro Squats
60 Ring Rows
30 Synchro Lunges (in the one spot)
60 Wallballs
30 Synchro Burpees
12 Wallclimbs
