WORKOUT OF THE DAY

CONDITIONING

A. Team endurance running; in pairs complete:
200m Run
400m Run
800m Run
400m Run
200m Run

*rest while your partner works

B. In the same pairs 10 rounds for time, alternating full rounds of:
5 Strict chin-ups or 10 Ring Rows
10 Push-ups
