Today’s workout is a series of different ones all flowing together with intervals of rest in between.  Take a holistic approach to attacking the workout.  Don’t think you are just going to go hard on each one because you won’t.  You will blow out and not make it to the end.  pace yourself from the start

CONDITIONING

Buy in: 400m Run

then

3 rounds of:

10 Power Snatches 40/30kg

50 Double Unders/100 Singles

10 Pull-Ups

then

Buy-out: 400m Run

******3 minute Rest

3 rounds of:

10 Box Jumps

20 Dumbbell Snatches 25/15kg

******3 minute Rest

3 minute AMRAP of:

Man-Makers 20/15kg

******1 minute Rest
