STRENGTH

5 sets of:

3 Turkish Get-Ups (each arm)

SKILL

3 sets of:

40m Bear Crawl slow and controlled

then

3 sets of:

40m Crab Crawl slow and controlled

STRENGTH

3×10 Reverse Lunges

CONDITIONING

The purpose of this workout is to just go at a nice, easy pace and find a flow that you can maintain for 10 mins.  The option is there for you to go hard if you want, but if you have been in for the last two days then we suggest you take it easy.

10 min AMRAP

20 Wallballs

20 Kettlebell Swings 16/12kg

20 Step-Ups/Box Jumps

20 Hanging Knee Raises

20m Walking lunge
