CONDITIONING

Today we’ll be re-testing this little number.  You may remember it from earlier in the month.  Hopefully you recorded your result so you know what you have to do to do better.  GET AFTER IT!

For time:

30-20-10

Dumbell Thrusters

Calorie Row

Pull-ups

STRENGTH

And while we are at it, let’s re-test your Push Press too.  Don’t be afraid to use those fractional plates.  Don’t get greedy!
