The Young Guns smashed out some “Strong-Kid” workouts yesterday.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

10 min EMOM
5 hang power cleans @50% of clean

CONDITIONING
4 Rounds @50% of full clean:
5 power cleans
7 front squats
9 burpees
1min rest

Intent:
EMOM- Barbell cycling. Focus on pausing above knee EACH REP as opposed to ‘bouncing’ off of thigh really fast.

Metcon:
Barbell cycling. Rest on burpees and get composed in the minutes rest. Goal will be to keep all rounds unbroken!
