WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

3 sets of:

10 Straight Leg Deadlift

***Nice and light – should feel the Glutes and Hamstrings

GYMNASTICS 

Gymnastics Positions 20 minutes

1 – Chin over bar Hold 20 seconds

2 – 5 Hips to Bar (3 BAR MU)

3 – 5 Atomic Sit-ups

4 – 20 Plank Step-ups

5 – Top of dip hold 20 seconds
