FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS – WODS, Beers, and Burgers

What an awesome night last night!  It was great to get so many of you together for a fun hit out, followed by a bit of banter over a beer/cider and a burger.  Thanks to everyone who could make it, and also to those who helped out with the cooking and cleaning.  Have a top weekend!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Bench Press 3RM over 10 minutes

CONDITIONING

E3 minutes for 18 minutes:

100m Run

15 Dumbell Clean and Jerk 20/15kg

10 V-ups

5 Strict HSPU

 

3 minute REST

 

2 minute AMRAP:

DB Man Makers
