40 Slamballs

200m Run with Ball

40m Walking Lunge with Ball

***RX+ Burpee Slamball, Overhead walking lunge

*Rest as needed

 

B. For time

40 Ring Dips

40 Slamballs

200m Run with Ball

40m Walking Lunge w/ Ball
