A. 3 rounds of:

15 sec Hanging Hollow Hold

5 Hollow to Arch Swings

3 Pull-Ups

*if you cannot do a pull-up, do a high kip swing

B. 12 min EMOM

1) 30 sec Handstand Hold

2) 15 sec Chin Over Bar Hold

3) 6-10 Pistols

4) 1-3 Rope Climbs or 1-5 Bar Muscle-Ups

C. Freestyle for remainder of session. Choose a movement/technique to work on with Reace guiding you.
