Intent of this Week’s Programming:
- Olympic lifting complexes will have a focus on the closeness of the pull while also acquiring tension through the lift
- MetCons will be focused on maintaining heavy breathing to build mental fortitude
- The workouts this week will have a skill focus at the beginning leading to harder workouts with less complex movements by Friday.
