Intent of this Week’s Programming:

  • Olympic lifting complexes will have a focus on the closeness of the pull while also acquiring tension through the lift
  • MetCons will be focused on maintaining heavy breathing to build mental fortitude
  • The workouts this week will have a skill focus at the beginning leading to harder workouts with less complex movements by Friday.

A. 4 sets of:

5 Clean Pulls

B. 5 sets of:

3 Hang Squat Cleans (working on pulling to the bar catching high into a squat)

METCON

A. 8 minute AMRAP of:

10 Toes to bar/Knee raises

100m Run

10 Pull-ups

ACCESSORY WORK

5 sets of:

1 lap of Broad Jumps
